Potsdam officially welcomes the spring in April. At this time the Dutch district becomes a splendid scene of thousands of tulips and other colourful spring flowers. For two days more than 100 German and Dutch musicians entertain the public with classical and modern sounds. Craftsmen and artists use this occassion to exhibit their wares as well.
You can try specialities from cheese to salted herring at the German- Dutch market.
